I thought I’d tell you why I do what I do, in this blog post, my first proper one. Eeek!
 
I started this business thinking that I’d just do holistic massage therapy, and reflexology, but the fact is I’m too interested in a whole lot more than that, I love seeing my happy clients leaving after a great treatment, and aim to share some of what I’ve learnt about wellness to help all of them. Be that, stretches, nutrition advice etc.
 
 ’Wellness’ is a bit of a trend right now, the word pops up all over the place. My take on it, and the reason I’ve used it in the new name (for what was ‘And Relax’) is that it encapsulates what I’m aiming to share with you. I do believe we are to a large extent in charge of our own good health, and that our choices can have huge impacts on our wellbeing.
 
There is so much information out there, it’s hard to make sense of it all. If I can help you to understand how movement, sleep, nutrition and relaxation, are fundamental to a happy healthy life, as well as giving you some of the tools to help, then I’m doing my job.
I’m looking forward to continually adding to my skills set, and having more to offer, starting with Nutritional Therapy later this year.

Finally, I can talk about it, the secret is out. For the last year I have been working tirelessly to create my new business, a business I am very passionate about .

It has involved lots more training, learning new skills, sitting exams, practice, practice, practice, a good amount of self development, a small amount of tears and a huge amount of sweat.
